This is my dream car.

It has wings, propeller, a tail, a door, a windshield, 4 wheels and a door. 

(車の各部位）があります。　It has ~ とは、「〜には〜があります/ついています」という時に使う表現です。

 

 

This car can fly and it’s super fast. 

この車は飛ぶことができるし、とても早いです。

 

It can carry many people.

たくさんの人を運ぶことができます。
